Teams must be the focus for this game to remain popular, and new teams are the key to that. Smaller/new teams should be recognized just as much as the top 100. To this end, Divisions should be incorporated 1-10 and maybe even a “Dominations Division” being above Div-1. If you have ever played Hill Climb Racing 2, you know exactly what I’m talking about, and there are teams in Division 1, 2, and 3 who stay in those Divisions because it’s fun for their levels… it’s really ingenious, and Dominations must incorporate something similar… BUT,

Parliament makes doing this pretty much impossible. You become too tied to a team, if you leave a team, everything you put into that parliament is gone, which is strange because you still have the same Parliament if and when you leave, but you have to completely start over. Somehow, everything an individual player puts into their Parliament should come with them if they decide to leave and start a new team or join another team so they don’t feel enslaved by the team they are on, and in turn give those benefits to the new team. This will also force the leaders of teams to appreciate new players. This change would put Dominations back on the map. Old players like me who hadn’t played, or barley played in years, will come back and love the game again.

HCR2 is MILES ahead of domi... I've been telling them about HCR2 techniques and how much they value their product quality but who cares?

Except for their customer service. FingerSoft doesn’t hold a candle to BHG there.
But when it comes to teams and team relations, you are 💯 correct.

if you leave a team, everything you put into that parliament is gone
same as donated troops

Somehow, everything an individual player puts into their Parliament should come with them if they decide to leave and start a new team or join another team
and your (logical) next request is that all donated troops should come with you to the next alliance to spend again? I hope you see that this is totally absurd just like the parliament demand. You contribute to a team, this does not result in a claim to be able to remove parts of the progress from the team.
so they don’t feel enslaved by the team they are on
You are free to leave at any time. Then you start over in the new team, both selflessly giving troops and donating surplus resources to the alliance.

Obviously the parliament will be maxed at some point anyway, but if someone from an older team leaves, whatever contributions that individual made, can go with him/her to any team. It’s about team relations…mainly regarding new teams, but it could effect an older team.
The main goal is to create multiple team divisions, instead of having the same teams on the same boring top 100 leaderboard. Its been a decade! Let’s focus on making the team experience more fun with more freedom.

To me the Parliament was a huge mistake. All that stuff should have been put in the library.

I’m trying to hold your hand here Mr. nobody… no need for practically thoughtless Facebook like comments.

Honestly, if BHG won’t or can’t fix the parliament canon they definitely won’t make those changes. The parliament Canon has been broken for over a year.

I just got back into the game and everyone I used to play with seems to be gone.
Maybe BHG are just letting the game fade away🤷‍♂️
It’s worth trying though I guess. They have been good to me.

true

No, because that contradicts the idea of a team/alliance. Moreover, this leads to extreme imbalance. What if your idea puts more points into a law than level 10 needs? What about players who are already in an alliance with full parliament and cannot gain progress there?
It’s about team relations…mainly regarding new teams, but it could effect an older team.
The game has enough alliances, both active and dead. You could just join an existing team instead of settling alone in a dead alliance with 0% parliament and demanding that others bring their progress to you.
The main goal is to create multiple team divisions, instead of having the same teams on the same boring top 100 leaderboard. Its been a decade! Let’s focus on making the team experience more fun with more freedom.
Parliament does not tie anyone to their alliance and not only the top100 alliances have good parliaments. This shows that the parliament cannot fulfill your goal anyway.

Parliament was one of the best feature updates ever. It is the only element of the game that really requires teamwork from the entire alliance to complete. In contrast, war and speed ups (parliament feature) can be successfully realized with a few (multi) accounts.

Thank you for the offer, but unfortunately I have to decline. I've been active in the game as well as here in the forum longer than you and therefore don't need a hand from you. Thus, I dare say that I understand the game and its implications better than you.

Too bad facebook is not used in my region so I do not know how it works. I guarantee my last post was not thoughtless; I thought very carefully about what alliance means and that you can't just pull out your contribution to it retrospectively.

I will continue to hold your hand here and try to get that big beautiful brain wrapped around this. The parliament would only work correctly if it was in the hands of the individual players, in my opinion. You disagree with that. Fine.
Remember what the larger goal is. Do you remember the larger goal or do I need to rewrite it?

So ... by that reasoning, now that Ronaldo has left Man United and joined Al Nassr, should all his goals - scored with Man U - be added to Al Nassr's goal tally?

That’s the idea In theory.
Maybe there are other ideas.
I saw one teams description as “We have maxed parliament and this and that. What do you bring to the table?” It made me think of all the resources I have contributed to that building, which is always there, in my base and it has nothing if I want to start a new team. I have spent a lot of crowns in the parliament too. For what?
What I would like to see happen is a totally revamped team experience with 5 to 10 divisions and get rid of that boring leaderboard. The way the parliament is set up would make that change a little more difficult… maybe not🤷‍♂️
