Peace Treaty shd not be broken on scouting, it shd be ended when actual attack is done

Its from Battle to find oponent..it should allow to scout without breaking treaty

Yeah, but clicking revenge on sb and then seeking all the way round enemies, finally regretting doesn't cancel your peace treaty, while starting a battle via the corresponding button does cancel the peace treaty at once, regardless if you attack or not, strange isn't it?
