Personal messages and higher rewards in the leagues

I have been really enjoying this game but there are a few things that might be good to have in the next update.

First of all the personal messages. World chat might be something good to add, but more important is a system to write personal messages to everyone in the game. For instance, if I wish to join a new guild, which is already full. I have no possible way to contact the leader to ask if there might be a spot free after he has kicked some inactive players. Also it would give the game a more social twist

second topic, you have recently updated the rewards system for the leagues. Yet i do not think it changed enough. I do not know the rewards at the top of the leagues but at the copper stage it's no advantage to get more medals.
You'll always have players that go either for medals or for loot, but their should be a greater reward for the medals.

Last thing i want to mention is, that if we visited someone that we can check the levels of their buildings?

All three of these have been mentioned already. Please try to look for the other threads before you start one as this just causes a huge clutter and very hard to find things afterwards.
Agree on all three ideas though. Each one has been highly supported by all the players.
