Expand Council Collection Rewards to 190

Since more councilors have been added, the reward system for collecting councilors should be expanded (current cap at 160 expanded to 190), preferably with more mythical recruitment packs as rewards.

agree and now that you mention it... I find it extremely weird that so many players have opened this mythical recruitment chest that gives 24% for a legendary , only to get purple councilors... I mean with 24%, you would expect at least 2-3 legendary cards, right?

if you haven't Maxxxed the 160 limit you will soon in the coming months with new councillors arriving (and as delayed result of recent changes).
time to update rewards too !
