Putting this in the bugs section since this probably is a cheat, and thus an issue.

Anyway, this guy's level 108 and Gunpowder (you can google translate Schiesspulver if you don't believe me
), and he has two town centres. One is Enlightenment, the other is Classical. When I attacked the base, I found that the Classical TC took longer to take down than the EA - this might just be me imagining things, but that's what my impression was. He also has an EA cannon tower; it's in the middle of the base, right below the EA TC. I also count SIX barracks, three in the top corner and three in the middle of the screen on both sides.
He's got two mercenary camps, one on the top and one on the bottom. To top it all of, the alliance he's supposedly in, Kamehouse with the American flag, has two very inactive members. He's not in that alliance, which might be a glitch, but with the pattern here...I don't think it is.
