Problem with videos on Samsung Note 9

Hallo, pleased to meet you. It's my first post, and it's more than 3 years that I enjoy playing dominations. I use to play on my Samsung Note 9, Andorid 10 with One UI 2.1 installed. When i play videos (i.e. to rebuild troops or gain daily rewards), at the end of the video the game restart from the "big huge" logo, and restart (no troops recharged, no rewards gained). I've already tried to clean cache and re-install the game. But... no ways. It happends all the time. It's about a couple of months that the problem persists. Any help? Thanks in advance

Hello. I have a same problem since my Xiaomi Mi9T has been upgradet from andoid 9 to android 10 in ferbruary 2020. before that add's worked fine.
Is there some fix to this question?
