Problems (lots): Missing medals, excessively looted gold, reset traps/spikes

Ok, I have tried to send several messages using the in-game customer service contact us, but have not had a single reply to any of the messages over the four days since the first message.

Your server maintenance about 9 hours ago robbed me of 140 medals AGAIN. This is the second time your server maintenance has robbed me of medals. What is going on?

Five days ago, I contacted you twice because attackers were looting 90% (NINETY PERCENT, yes) of my gold when I was attacked. It happened twice.

Then I contacted you again because of your server issues, with the game constantly logging me out. On one occasion, in the middle of an attack I was making. Luckily I had already got a star, and the system credited me with the win, but it still took my entire army and mercenaries.

Then, yesterday, I sent you a message to ask why I logged in to find I had 2 hours 30 mins of a peace treaty left, with all my traps and spikes blown, when the game showed no sign of me having been attacked in the logs or in my gold, food or medal counts. I had to spend 11,800 gold to reset all the traps and spikes even though I had not been attacked. And if I was attacked, why was it not logged and why did I only get a really short treaty?

I have to say that these constant problems are getting to be very annoying. I have spent about £50 on crowns playing this game and you people, despite us paying a lot of money, cannot provide a stable game platform. All we get are problems on problems on problems.

Now, please give me back my 140 medals, give me back the excessively looted gold and what I had to spend on the non-attacked traps and spikes reset.

Is anybody at Nexon/Big Huge Games actually doing anything to respond to or fix these reported problems? I have been waiting for responses to various problems for FIVE DAYS now. Nothing. No answers. No fixes. It is not good enough. People are being made to wait days for even cursory replies like "Tell us more" etc.

This is not the way to treat customers.

That's it. I am done with this game. Poor customer service, total failure to respond to issues when raised.

Now, to cap it all, I am being attacked by players on level 94. I am on level 54, Gunpowder Age, with what should be 1248 medals. How the hell can we stand any chance of defending against such advanced attackers? Its ludicrous. And, 12 hours earlier, I was attacked by a level 82 player, again no chance of defending against them.

It makes it impossible to save up enough to advance in any meaningful way. The battle matching system is pathetic. And, as others have said, upgrades become so expensive that you just cannot save enough gold or food to make the upgrades. The system favours early adopters who can prey on those of us who joined later.

I shall be contacting Apple to ask for a full refund of all my purchases. We have terrible customer service, never0ending bugs and crashing servers, accounts being corrupted regularly. The game is a total waste of money. I estimate I have spent more than £50 on crown packs, only to keep getting shafted.

Hey, all -- for the most up to date info regarding this issue, please consult this thread.Additionally, due to the complicated nature of the problem, game accounts are being manually fixed and so results in a longer than normal amount of turnaround to ensure it's done correctly.
