Quality of Life Updates? BS! Let's not beat around the bush, the game is dying

Let's face is the amount of players quitting has risen concerningly high the last few months. Now I am not going to get into the debate of Defense or Offense that's a story for another day, but today I want to touch up on the countless bugs and joke of QOL updates we've received in the recent times..

- Starting with the "new and improved" cs: ask anyone who has opened any cs ticket after their update, all they have ever recieved is an ai generated message. Earlier however slow cs used to be, atleast we knew we were talking to real humans and our complaints were reaching someone's ears, unlike now where you open a cs ticket for one thing and the response is about a completely different topic showing that no one is on the other end even reading our tickets and all are just being sent through some sort of ai.. not to mention the crappy ui where you need like 5 clicks just to even reach cs, inability to send multi line texts.. I've at this point given up on even trying to reach out to cs.. I'd rather have an unplayable game than deal with whatever monstrosity this "new and improved" cs is..

- Loadouts: Where to even begin.. it's been about a whole year at this point, and still loadouts don't work for many players, leaving an alliance is a pain in the ass coz you never know which if the loadout set is correct or if it's a phantom museum, that added with the fact that if it's a bugged loadouts you cannot even change it normally and have to go through a 10 step process just to reset your museum, really makes me wonder what was the point of loadouts? To make life and museum and even bigger of a hell than what it used to be? Coz I assure you the % of people using loadouts successfully is significantly lower than the ones who've just forgotten about it.. What a way to add a much awaited feature BHG really hats off to you guys

- Uni speedup request: Should I even bother mentioning it? I don't think so.. do we have an ETA for it? Nope.. Have you guys known about it for 3+ years at this point? Absolutely yes!

- Dominations World: Another much awaited feature to be able to play domi on PC. You had a perfect opportunity to bridge the gap between pc and mobile players and create an environment where both can have fun playing a game, but you've managed to make it so freaking horrible and full of bugs we probably need an entire post just to go over all the bugs in it..
From the obnoxiously long click delay, to generals not getting registered after being sent to expeditions, to screen blanking out when museum crafting, there's absolutely 0 reason to ever play on domiworld unless you want to call sick leave from work by getting a quick headache..

But hey it's not all bad afterall there's some amazing features that have been added too!! Like
1) So many free opportunities to collect Crowns to speedup your progression and also get better stats for wars and MP.. sike! We are gonna switch that up with speedups for absolutely no reason, and drop your crown collection rate from 250-260 per week to less than 30 per week.. Why coz who cares about the f2p or low spenders!! All we want is for our whales to be happy
1.1) Talking about whales.. where's the 60k crowns for 100$ deal? Nowhere to be seen and quite possibly to never return coz we want our big spenders to buy 4k crowns for 10$ or 40k for 100$ rather than 60k..

2) Well atleast we have multiple strategies that work for players.. sike for the second time! We are gonna fuck up AHs range and instead of taking any accountability about it, we are just gonna say it is an intended feature which has been in game for a long time and just let AHs die rather than fix our mess..

3) How about we add like bzallion different events and rewards but make it super annoying and having to click like 200-300 times every week just to be able to claim all, rather than add a single 'claim all button' which the community has been begging for? Let's just pretend we never saw that, right? Coz again who cares about QOL and player satisfaction really!

4) How about ad retrains only working like 30-40% of the time? Well why are they so poor, they should be buying our 40k crowns for 100$ and be crown retraining, it's their fault they want to remain f2p/low spenders.. None of our whales are affected by this so why should we care?

5) How about the random silo targetting? or the mortars getting stuck in the middle of the battle field? or AHs still getting stuck at the edges? Or about troops requests still being bugged and you having to stay on your base to even get troops? @Harlems369th @TheWise you guys said you play the game regularly.. do you? Coz if you do and don't see anything wrong with the state of this game.. we have bigger issues at hand..

Maybe it's just a bad coincidence or our bias but everyone I've talked to has agreed that the game has done nothing but go downhill ever since BHG and LTG Collab, the decision making has been absolutely pathetic, the general feel of interactions with you guys had also not been very inspiring, it's like you guys have admitted that the game is gonna die soon so just milk out as much cash and revenue as you can before the game inevitably dies..
Please change my mind about this coz if this trajectory continues its not looking good for the future of the game

I typically considered a ratio of 200+ crowns per USD the going rate for crowns. That was the best I could ever get. I have never seen 400 crowns per USD. There was one deal once that I remember being better than that, but only once.

I refuse to spend USD on crowns if less than 200/USD.

I think most of it is true; especially the long list of unfixed bugs.
I would only disagree with the point about LTG, because the neglect and lack of communication started much earlier.

And I wondered about the prices mentioned. Regularly I only get 14k crowns for 100 dollars; at best in the x2 offer so 28k crowns for 100 dollar. Either you live in a “ affordable” country or you got better deals than me.

Its not a permanent deal, its a weekend special theyve started recently.. for me actually it goes around 12$, I just said 10$ deal coz thats what majority of the players get..

That is way better than the 9100 crowns for $50 that is on my wall. There is a reason I stopped spending money on this game, just found another one. Favoritism marketing to certain groups and not other groups…

You left out War Matching... a problem that's been going on for quite some time.
Our once-proud Alliance had been about 8:1 pr 9:1 underdogs for what seems like an eternity.... I would guess > 90% of the last who-knows-how-many Wars.

There have been a few new, fun additions... The Council and Manufactory have (imho) added to the game and no longer requiring massive amounts of citizens to go on an expedition has also helped to speed along the game (in that you can now use said citizens for other things).

But in general I'd have to agree with you.
And my solution is simple... I don't spend money on the game any longer.
I am Vet Level 10 (yes, I've rather foolishly spent over $5,000 on this game over the years) but I'll never make it to 11.
I am sure there are (many?) others like me out there... and BHG should understand why we're behaving this way and how much it is costing them and this game.

Yeh pretty long statement but I agreed. I was gonna make a post about my crowns are gone after the update. But I don't need to now haha. Anyway for my case, both of my accounts lost all of crowns. Cmon now dominations. Make it correct. My main account was nearly 15k and back up was 33k crowns. Give me back my dawg on crowns!

Well..I play this game since the beginning, so I have to say that it is much better than before. remember the slowdowns, crashes, retrain not working, etc etc. It is all fixed ..okay kind of. Basic game rules like too long upgrades are present since the beginning, P2W is ruling everything, etc. After a while, you Get used to all the bugs etc. There is still a lot of QOL things to do so keep progressing on this topic guys.

It's sad to see a game in its death throes, clearly going through the motions, but it looks like that's what we've got here. I have no idea how long it's been since I saw an ad for Domi, but the houses being added is long overdue and only says to me that they're truly desperate. I reached out to CS a week or two ago, since I was unable to buy the fourth extra house, and was told that they had asked the development team; a few days later, the ticket gets closed owing to no response, and I resubmit it to get... essentially the exact same message verbatim. I mean, are they not ashamed of this? "Contacting support" literally does not work. To add insult to injury, they have the bots wait a couple hours before responding (in addition to anthromorphising them with real names), so it looks like it's a real person doing it. This is just pathetic, and I have no idea how they can feel happy with themselves presenting this kind of embarrassment to the world.
