Question(s) about selling artifacts

Haven't done so yet but getting close to it.I have a lvl 4 artifact that has become obsolete but It started as lvl 1 and I spent the supplies to get it to lvl 4. Each individual tier is at lvl 3. Now what I'm wondering if when you click the item it shows what you would get if you sold it yet it only shows fragments and blueprints as the sell value but I used supplies in there as well so shouldn't there be a refund of that even if it's a small amount because supplies are hard to come by. The only artifacts that show supplies as a payment are the legendary ones. To add on, if you sell the legendary ones which you've spent blueprints to do upgrades on it, shouldn't you get some blueprints back? Thanks for the info.

I'm not an expert with this, but I am quite certain supplies don't get refunded. Only the fragments/blueprints refund values increase as the artifacts get unlocked/upgraded.

Blueprints are the real bottleneck resource though, I wouldn't worry too much about supplies if you're at the point where you're grinding the museum. Supplies can be grinded with Dock, but blueprints are basically tied to time (well, you can attack a lot for fragments, but that is an insane grind).

Some people even use some supplies to unlock artifacts to lvl2-3 and then sell them for more blueprints.
