For the past 5 days I am having major problems with this game. The game loads about 50% of the time. When I do connect to the game, the server disconnects within a minute. This means any hunting/gathering/building and fighting disappears the next time the game is loaded. Most of the time I can't send or receive messages with my alliance players, or exchange troops. I can't fight or defend on the multiplayer battles. Other players are having similar issues. I have spent time and money on this game and I think I deserve a better response than this from Nexon Support...."Thank you so much for letting us know about this. Our Development Team is already aware of this issue and they are working on a resolution, however we don't have a fix or workaround for this at this time.".....surely a business cannot continue to take money off customers whilst selling a broken product? If the game is unplayable, as it now is for me and others, and Nexon have no fix, they should be ethically bound to remove the paid in-app features of the game, until a fix is provided. I have an iPad air 128gb, very strong wifi, and this is the only game I have on my device that disconnects.
