Retrain video disappears

aarrggg.. I had to wait 30 minutes in order to have the retrain video to rebuild my full army for free. I come back after 1h to the game..and no more retrain video ! I restarted the app, and still no luck. I need to form my full army from zero, costing my $$$$ of petrol, mercs, generals, planes, ...

Is this a bug or a "new" feature? This was working fine in the past no?

There a lots of bugs with the video retrain. Sometimes it vanishes. Sometimes it halts mid video. Often it leaves you with the full cost of refunding and retraining your army. It’s one of those things you should be able to count on that you simply can’t. Devs wont fix it, CS won’t help and if you complain about it here the complaining police may pay a visit.

When you want to use video retrain options, turn off wifi and turn on mobile internet. Then click the video retrain button.

That's fine if you HAVE mobile internet. Sometimes you only have wifi on a tablet.

Ya, the bug has been a while. I posted that over a year ago, apparently it's still not fixed.

The temporary workaround is, make sure to hit the Retrain button right after war attacks (don't wait, don't go back to our home base). In other words, we have to calculate the time between our attacks. If we go back to home base, we will lose the instant retrain, resulting in having to train all units lost one by one. I honestly don't mind if they're just my ground troops, but retraining planes and war tactics is a pain.

However, if we are not losing any planes or factory units in the battle, the retrain/retrain all button will still be active (even if free retrain videos are still unavailable) Seems like second factory and/or airstrip upgrade trigger this.

Hola, tengo el mismo problema. He cambiado de un Samsung A51 a un Samsung A52 y en este último tengo el mismo problema que tú. ¿Has encontrado alguna solución? Saludos desde Chile.
