Robbed of crowns

Hello everyone, and especially TinSoldier ,

I am a paying Nexon customer (Estate, no pay to win!), and I usually use these Double Crown Offers to rack up some crowns while trying to discover new games.

Everything went fine with the previous Offerwall (Fyber). When Domi switched to supersonic, the 1st weekend of double crowns was iffy, I had to repeatedly send screenshots and wait quite a while for them to confirm the offers, but this weekend, things went downright abysmal, and I feel actually robbed.

I participated in 2 games, Blaze of Battle and Forge of Empires, both with 2 different "quests", which I fulfilled, for a grand total of 4562 crowns. However, despite repeated mails, screenshots, and even syncing the games with google for easier transparency, supersonic is refusing to give me crowns for these games.

I asked them what else do they need, but they keep replying with generic answers and saying they will look forward into it, but never granting me my adequate reward, that, when looking at average crown price for dominations, corresponds to over 40 USD (or Euro).

Despite the fact that Nexon itself is not responsible for this, you engaged with Supersonic, and so should feel obliged to hold them to high standards of quality.

I cant believe ill say but fyber at least was quick and generally worked automatically in giving us crowns for the offer.

99% of it was garbage but atleast it actually worked at times.

That is why I do not participate in these offers. I did 2 in the beginning and never got crowns. I reported to CS, and still no resolution. This is a case of buyer beware.

I have been getting my rewards just fine. So far i havent had a single issue with the new company, but i did have many issues with fyber and their surverys not paying out.

I must say that coincidentally or not, near the time you replied, someone from supersonic that does not act like a malfunctioning robot stuck in a loop finally answered me. One of the rewards was given immediately, the other 2 are being investigated with step-by-step instructions towards what I need to do.

I got a pass the buck response from Nexon about contacting the third party who just ignored me... not doing any more offers.. tarnishes the game

Glad to hear y'all are looking into it. It is very frustrating to spend time on those offers and then get nothing. Especially during the summer rush events. Like others have said, it makes me not want to do any of them anymore.

yeah these big ones take days if not almost 2 weeks to get done.

It has happened a couple of times, but blaze of battle seems to be a common one with issues

i think i need to report to them this game as well. I thought the req was level 5 civic center and i have a level 6 and didnt get the crowns.

I got about 7 or 8k in crowns that have not been honored to me after completing offers. I feel cheated.

Hehe, I'm probably missing about 10'000 crowns if not more from offers, I realized quickly that sending tickets on this was a waist of time, just moved along to the next offer. To bad Big huge games can just brush their responsibilities away and over to those providing the offers. A shame BHG isn't a Norwegian based company, consumer laws would never make that fly, as the offers are through their application they are responsible towards their customers and it would be BHGs responsible to take the fight with who they are offering deals on behalf.

Just putting this out there too.
I've never had issues with getting crowns from Fyber or supersonic. The one time Fyber took a few weeks to give me the crowns I put in a ticket with their CS and got the crowns in a day.
I'm currently taking my time finishing my last supersonic double-crowns offer. It'll be interesting to see if I get them and if they'll still be 'doubled'.

I have the same problem with "Blaze of Battle." I put in a support ticket to Supersonic and included numerous screenshots for proof of completion. They rejected my claim. I sent them a follow up email with additional screen shots for further proof, and I asked for more information on why my claim was rejected.

It's been several days days and no response. :\

Same here. Experience with supersonic support was very dissapointing. I didnt get about 1000 crowns, yet i did send in screenshots and proof ... now i am even BANNED from entering the supersonnic crown offers ...
