Rubies are limited by command post level instead of storage capacity

There's a cap on how many rubies you can earn each war depending on the command post level. Level 7 is 960, level 8 is 1020. Idk the others.
Here's how the rubies are calculated.


Base plus alliance and parliament boosts.
Event boost (2x)
Subtotal (the amount on the final war screen)
Subtotal plus vip bonus (the amount that is supposed to go into command post)


If the last amount is greater than command post level cap then you receive the cap. If that amount is less than the command post level cap then you receive the full amount. The storage cap has no bearing unless the amount will take you over.


Base ruby amounts
150 - Same age or higher
135 - one age down
75 - two ages down
37 - three ages down
7 - four or more ages down


Here's an example. I'm info and hit 1 was against info and hit 2 was against da. Alliance boosts are 30% and parliament is 15%. Vip is 40%.

Hit 1
150 x 1.45 = 217.5 (alliance & parliament)
217.5 x 2 = 435 (event)
435 is what's shown when the base is selected

Hit 2
135 x 1.45 = 195.75
195.75 x 2 = 391.5
391 is what's shown on the base (the amount gets truncated at this step)

435 + 391 = 826
This is the amount shown on the final war results screen

826 x 1.4 = 1156
This is the amount I'm supposed to get. My command post was level 7 for this occasion so the cap is 960.

1156 > level cap so I got the level cap of 960.

This is ridiculous. They promote an event with double ruby rewards but don’t actually let you have them.

Leviathan - the maximum number of rubies I can store in my Command Post is 1080, although it’s rated for 1317.

Read my post. There's a limit on how much you can receive at once. You can store more than what you can receive.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything to update about this bug at the moment but following up on it

It's a simple fix. Set the cap equal to the storage amount. Any competent programmer should be able to do this.

Every winning war I log a job about this, I keep the description simple (same every time), attach screenshots. Every time i get given my missing rubies & they say this is a known issue & they are working on it.

They didn't like getting proven wrong and refused to acknowledge they were wrong. Great customer service there Leviathan! The end result is a player who doesn't spend and shares with others so they're less likely to spend.
