I have been playing this game for just over a week now and it has the potential to be one of the best out there.... However..... It is completely unacceptable to keep shutting down the servers without any notice whatsoever. That would be fine for a game that DOES NOT charge for add-ons and is completely free but if you want to charge people then you better be damn sure you can provide the service or at least show those players a bit of damn respect! Most of us can put up with glitches as they are to be expected but just shutting the servers with no notice and with more frequency than a a man after a bad curry? now there will be countless individuals affected and could or will lose out quite considerably. My last 24 hour upgrade was reset completely with an hour left to run in the first unnoticed shut down and now, when I was 10K short of the 420K I needed for the next upgrade, you shut the servers off AGAIN with no warning and hope to bring them back in the early hours of the morning. As an individual with a job, I cannot sit up waiting until then and therefore I am certainly guaranteed to lose most if not all of the money I spent hours collecting?! If this is your idea of customer service then it will only result in poor reviews which will have a serious knock-on effect to your potential customers and profit so start looking at the bigger picture eh? Jesus, if I ran a business like that I'd be bankrupt in no time. Show those that pay for this and recommend this a little more consideration and respect please - it takes no real effort to provide advance warning - or better still, fix the poxy servers before charging people for an intermittent service.

Chillax guys this game just came out still needs lot fixes if you talk about clash of clans which number one in top grossing when that game out it was **** like pvp only and basic stuff their forum was full of nonsense like you posted whenever they had maintenance break Even Clash of clans used to have like 10 maintenance breaks in a day. If we have maintenance breaks here that means they are working on fixing something and let them fix or otherwise take your nonsense away and build your own game.

So continual, lengthy outages with no notice is fine then because you think it was acceptable for CoC? If you are going to charge for something then you owe it to those to provide a service. We expect downtime but we also expect notice. Nonsense? Build your own game? Seems there is only one of us here talking rubbish. Find something constructive to offer or hush eh?

Well maybe you should go find something more constructive to do and leave the forum for those that have a genuine grievance rather than cutting and pasting on different threads because you have nothing better to do. People here have a reason to complain and those issues can only be addressed if the bored apologists stop trying justify the poor service they are paying for.
Hmmmm...... Originally the message appearing after the unannounced downtime stated it would be back online at 12:30 then shortly after it was changed to 01:00. Now it states that it will be 02:00. It seems nobody knows what they are doing or how long it is going to take. When and if it does eventually come back up, most won't know or will be asleep whilst their villages are being plundered by the lucky few. Way to go guys - have you considered using this as a business model?!

I am hopeful the extending time means they are working to do it right this time rather than meet what was apparently an unattainable original deadline. I would prefer a longer fix that works over several shorter ones that are just going to lead more downtime. And yes, glitches, bugs, hacks, and maintenance are a part of this big online gaming world. As long as they DO continue to fix things, to make things right for the affected players, and to communicate with their players they will be doing better than several games I've left which were basically accepting of a sub par status quo. I think they are still working to resolve things. Hopefully we will look back at this from our lofty old cities and laughingly say "remember when the game first came out... ".
