Server Down?

Starting like 3 hours ago, whenever i open the game it keep displaying unable to connect to server. After i force close and re open the game, the app stuck on the 1/4 loading screen. My internet connection is absolutely fine.

Server maintenance going on for about another hour - however this is happening to me (and others) for the last 2 months when there isnt maintenance scheduled. In my experience, it's only when I'm not connected to WIFI that I get unable to connect to server screen twice (with the 1/4 loaded status bar)
