Set permissions

As a leader in my alliance it would be good if I could designate certain responsibilities to members and not just give them all the same rights at council or co-leaders. My thinking is, some members could have rights to start wars, some maybe to remove members? Maybe even an option to have a joint leader.

I would like the possibility to reward players (for their exceptional support or battles) and offer them resources, things from my inventory...
