SOUTHERN USA ALLIANCE IS RECRUITING NOW A.S.A.P!

I'm interested in recruiting NEW PLAYERS, Particularly, LOW LEVEL NEW PLAYERS to join my Alliance: SOUTHERN USA. If you are a HIGH LEVEL Player, that's GREAT, and of course, You're Welcome too!

WHY NEW LOW LEVEL PLAYERS?
Because you are NEW and LOW LEVEL! I do not see your being new or lower level as a negative. Instead, I am interested in HELPING you to Level Up, Upgrade, and Grow your Civilization. I will happily explain to you the various techniques to level your civilization quickly (OR) what steps and designs work best when designing your Town Center versus your War Base, etc.

HERE ARE THE DETAILS:
MINIMUM METALS: 519 set by game

1st) Currently there is just Myself, Carrigana, a Lvl 103, 1,037 Medal, Korean, in the Gun Powder Age. Hey, that just means that I have lots of GP Age Troops (BOMBARDS, MORTARS, LANCERS & RAIDERS) that I can donate to You! And just so you know, in my last Alliance, I had a Lifetime Donation of almost 9,000 TROOPS over only a few short months!

I'm on Central Standard Time (CST) in the USA; however, I pop on and off line all hours of the day & night. When you join Southern USA --- Just look for my name, as there are a couple of INACTIVE Alliances with a similar name. Look for my name: Carrigana and you eill see how recently I was online. *smiles*...I truly hope to see you soon!!

2) Alliances Require a Minimum of 10 PLAYERS to go to WAR! Well, since there are LESS THAN 10 Members in the Southern USA Alliance currently:
We can NOT currently go to WAR! This is both GOOD and BAD:

•••> BAD = Because, you can't battle as part of a Team, and win WAR LOOT (Gold / Food), if your Alliance wins a War. Note: I have all too often seen Alliances repeatedly select Players who are the highest levels to participate in their World Wars, which is great for the Alliamce, because they want to have the Biggest, Best, Fighting against the other Team, But, not so great if you are a lower level player. First, if they do allow lower players to participate, then they typically get beaten. Not just beaten, but stomped into the ground! Which, does nothing for your standing in the alliance, not to mention, when it happens World War after World War, it can be rather frustrating! Which is one of the reasons, I believe Joining my Alliance would be GOOD FOR YOU!

•••> GOOD = Because, that means you do NOT need to focus your many resources preparing for World War Battles, you will more often than not lose. Instead, you can focus your resources, time and effort on yourself; raising your levels, getting bigger, making more $, getting more Multiplayer/Solo-Battle LOOT! And generally GROWING Your CIVILIZATION! That way, when you are READY you can either participate in World Wars with our new Alliance (OR) You can use my/our Alliance as a Feeder Alliance and once ready for the BIG TIME You can
go off and find another ALL WORLD WAR-ALL THE TIME Alliance. However, it is my hope that together we can build a GREAT ALLIANCE & you won't want to leave!!

ADVANCING YOUR:
1) Individual Player Level
2) Advancing Your Civilization's Age
3) Upgrading Your Civilization's Components (Walls, Buildings, Embassy, Mills, Markets, Etc.), and Increasing Your Yields from:
FARMS = upgrading your FOOD production
ROADS = upgrading your GOLD production
4) Growing Your Town Center Layout to be the Most Effective Against Attack!
Growing Your Town Center Layout to be the most profitable possible using your Road Connections to your Town Center.
5) Advancing your Troop Types and Knowlng WHICH Troops Serve You BEST depending on your olaying style! As NOT All Players play the same way or wish to focus on the EXACT same
techniques some wish to be the BEST at WORLD WAR, SOME Want to SPEED Thru Civilization Types to the latest Greatest Civilization Available, Some others still Like to MAX OUT on EVERYHING in a Civilization before moving on to the next Age...they are ALL GREAT Ways to PLAY & are what make this game so Unique!

as far as Alliance Rules, there aren't that many, just basics that ensure EQUAL treatement & ACTIVE PLAYERS!

Example:
1) If U are going to be offline for 5+ or more consecutive days, then U need to post a message in TEXT to me (the Leader) =note: this will change once I get the forums working, U'll be able to post there instead= to tell me simply, "Hey, I'll be back & expect to be gone X days", or even, "Hey, Would ya mind not booting me for 10 days?, I plan to be back" just something so I KNOW that U know U need to return & that au are actually PLANNING to return. Yes!, Life happens and sometimes U are unexpectedly offline (Ex:Ur cell phone breaks, TRUST ME!, I am the QUEEN of breaking my cell! *laughs*), thing is, for US (The Alliance) to participate in Worl Wars together we need a minimum number of Players (10/15/20/25/30/35/40) in order for the system to let us play/FIGHT/Go Kick an Enemy's bum! So to do that WE HAVE TO HAVE ACTIVE PLAYERS/FIGHTERS!! It's not so much U "HAVE TO" FIGHT, so much as if there are 18 Members & ALL are ACTIVE, we have a MUCH BETTER shot of having the Minimum number Fighters each week to be able to hold a WORLD WAR (it's tough as NOT everyone "wants" to do WW'a and NO WAY will I force anyone!) So imagine if we had 18 MEMBERS & NOT ALL WERE ACTIVE! We could have 8 ACTIVE &2 or more INACTIVE (off lime more tham 5+ days) & We could get stuck continually trying to do WW's & Continually NOT having enough ppl to have a WORLD WAR simply because those INACTIVE Players do not come online to Change their WAR STATUS as "IN" or "OUT" and/or those INACTIVE Players do NOT log in as they originally agreed to make
both their World War Attacks
= which can EASILY cause the other TEAM to WIN, if they simply have more "ACTIVE"
players who all log into the Game & make BOTH of their World War Attacks!

THAT is WHY WE/Our Alliance has the 5+ Days Offline = Risk of Booted from Alliance, RULE!

*** HOWEVER, if ANY Member is booted because of their INACTIVE status (being offline for 5+ days) they are ALWAYS WELCOME TO RE-JOIN US when they DO come back online!! *smiles*

RULE #2= During WORLD WAR, I will review the ENEMY's WarBases & their 5 WEAKEST WarBases are RESERVED for Our Alliances's 5 LOWEST LEVEL FIGHTERS! This is because I want EVERYONE to have a Chance to FIGHT & get LOOT & still have our Team WIN! Therefore, I do NOT allow high level FIGHTERS to Score WW FREEBIES by attacking massively lower level Warbases & leaving the Lower Level Fighters with nothing they have any hope of Scoring 5 Stars on! THAT in my view is unfair & since I run this Alliance I made that one of Our Foundation Rules! As I was sick of seeing that happen in other alliances, Plus, I believe ALLIANCES should SUPPORT thier TEAM MATES, NOT be Cut-Throat to each other even if they are team mates, as many Alliances tend to be! So, We have some basic World War RULES, to help balance things out & give ALL LEVEL PLAYERS/FIGHTERS AT CHANCE AT WAR LOOT & TO "WIN!" (& NOT "JUST" WIN as a TEAM, BUT To "ALSO" WIN as an INDIVIDUAL AND as PART of a TEAM!)

BESIDES, High Level Players attackimg & targeting the EASIEST WARBASES (and/or) the LOWEST RANKED ENEMY PLAYERS is EXACTLY like (IMHO) a school yard Bully targeting & choosing a 1st grade player as an opponent, simply because they are too LAZY to fight someone older/better (&/or) Tehy are too INSECURE/SCARED they will lose (or) Just Because they can, which are ALL NOT TERRIBLE reasons! And ALL shoe that as a Fighter/Player one needs to work on their skills & to learn to become a better stronger, more confident Mumti-Battle Player, who can pick better Targets, & Knows How to Attack Warbases or a Twnctr properly!

Well, those are a few of our basic rules, the "WHY" of each, and are a good example of the kinds of Rules we have as an Alliance. Ones intended to benefit our Alliance as a WHOLE TEAM & also YOU as an individual Player REGARDLESS of Your LEVEL! *winks* *smiles*
