Starting new alliance

What do you do if you have 20 active members in an alliance. But the leaders quit? Can you start a new alliance without leaving yours?

You can't be in two Alliances at the same time, so you must leave your current Alliance if you wish to start a new one. No Matt. You should leave your alliance and create your own. Create a specific name so it's the only name people could find, so your friends will be able to reach you.
