It's hard to deny that most people complain non-stop about players hacking and in some cases they may be correct in doing so. But the forums are FILLED with complaints from people accusing players of hacking just because they have upgrades before you do. Maxed walls may be a different issue but just because a player has a lvl 40 general that doesn't mean they're a cheater, it just means they've most likely spent money on the game.

This is certainly most likely with top end players; if you're at the top, you want to stay there. Even players who have stacked buildings may not be hackers, it might just be a glitch in the visuals of the game.

So please, can everyone stop crying wolf over things that can easily be explained, why do you all think Nexon doesn't do anything? Everyone complains that everyone's a hacker, so CS don't bother checking every accused player because 90% of the time there's nothing wrong, which means the hackers get off scot free. If you have evidence that someone's a cheater, post it. If not, think about the alternatives before throwing accusations out there.

When a base has max walls, max generals, max everything, and CS says they are legit, that's not crying wolf. That's just Nexon being naive. I can understand there will be a few legit max bases, but there are hundreds of them out there, and the probability that all of them spent the required $20,000 on crowns to do it is incredibly low.

That being said, I agree that just because you have max generals and almost max defenses doesn't mean it's a cheater. But if the walls are also max, that's a pretty good indicator.

Agree with quovatis. The key evidence is: we don't talk about a couple of random bases. Their are THOUSANDS of bases fitting this description. So THOUSANDS of billionaires are playing this game? Don't be naive.

I think you'll find that it's a very small percentage of the community that actually talks about, or replies to, cheater base issues. But yeah, I get your point.

You are right. There are too many that are too willing to jump the gun when it comes to reporting cheats or hackers. Everyone needs to make sure you have proof 1st before reporting and not just blind accusations. Then reports of real cheats do not just get dumped and lost in the whole pile.
