Hello everyone,

These days are very important for some players as me due to the discount on wonder's change. Since I began the game, I thought many times to change without doing it. Now, I have few days to make the good choice.
Maybe you are already at late Industrial Age with your wonders that you won't change against anything else.
Please share with us your game history since the begining, which wonder did you choose, did you change for another one ? why ? when ? if the wonder gave you some trouble for your layout ?

Thanks for your advice and feedback

Have a good day !

I start with Stone Henge, think gold is good. But after a while I realized the best source of gold is from others' markets! And I see other top players at that time use Colosseum, so I have it too.

Then I change to Acropolis after reading guides on the net. They are the best Classical one and even useful more in Industrial Age!. I have a special tip to maximize its use, too. And I change Colosseums to Forbidden City. In later ages, Defend infantry from Colosseum don't be good anymore, and FC is good for late game as higher league. It reduce 1 star loss in battle. That star may be equivalent to 3-6 medals.

I suggest you to get Notre Dame before change it to FC at a later time, it save 10% in troops upgrades and Library research, Quite good. That is the saving of tens milion of food and gold, and oil too.

In Bronze Age, Hanging Gardens is now also a viable option (was Stonehenge) too after the updates of new Tactics Blessing. Having HG wonder will give you Tactics Blessing most of the time and also not to mention constant Armor Blessing. And as time progressses, Tactics is almost an unofficial official requirement in battle if you're aiming 4-5 star victory.

In Classical Age, I choose Forbidden City. Protecting quick victory and town center stars in Wars are now very crucial after the World War release. I always recommend this wonders to my alliance members if you really want to win every Wars. Also take note Command Post can be loot amounting to 10% of War loots so CP we're almost like your 2nd Vault. (We are currently in 13th winning streaks~yeah!)

In Gunpowder Age, I choose Angkor Watt as a complement to my first two wonders. AW serve as the center wonder/anchor/support (FC at top, AW in the middle and TC on the bottom). AW will constantly heal your defending troops and give you 3-5 random trade goods (scale thru ages) for mercenaries and blessings. (1 time I experienced getting 4 diamonds).

In Industrial Age, Kremlin (hands down if you're a defensive player). Wall bonus and 2 Shocking! infantry on every farm is just monstrous on defense. Having wall bonus is like skipping 2-3 wall levels (And we all knew how ridiculous wall prices). Most player will literally skip your base once they see the Russian fortress.

This build is for Chinese defensive, hybrid and mercenary build (and yes you can sleep well and save resource at the same time with this strategy). Maximizing defenses as well as getting enough resources for merc and blessing to support your nation in offense and defense. But in the end it is all up to your playstyle. :)

Thank you guys !
Your advice are very kind !
I will propably change my stonehenge to hanging gardens
Notre-Dame to Forbidden City ( still scratching my head about this :) )
And keep Versailles for the moment.
Also thank RushSkies for the detail about Kremlin even if i'm not IA yet.

Be sure to check research and upgrade cost of IA before change! The biggest saving is in there. If you are lower level FC cannot prevent you being 5 starred, and only you with FC cannot help your team win!

Versailles is nice if you are a tinkerer some bases I attacked gave me really hard time with well placed Versailles.

I have hanging garden, it's quite useless but it's even more annoying when playing my second account without one as it seems to take much longer.

I have notredame best wonder for a growing city.

Ankle Wat works for me. I have shock infantries, st chamois tanks, and heavy tanks the healing works great. 5 trade goods once a day does not hurt either.

I'm working on the Brandenburg gate. 20% attack boost on factory troops should be pretty awesome.

I think Stonehenge is better than Hanging Gardens - I find food is much easier to loot than gold so every bit of gold helps. If you're in the really high leagues then forget what I just said.

I'm with RushKies - I love the Colosseum, AW and the Kremlin - awesome if you're a defensive player. Players get a real shock when my (shock) troops spawn from a farm. (see what I did there ...)
FYI, I once got 5 diamonds in one hit from AW - have yet to hear from anyone who's gotten more.

So it's not possible to "choose" which trade goods we wish as the bonus league each day ?

My choices:

Acropolis - Clear winner. Provides a great defensive bonus. The other wonders don't provide battle bonus

Coliseum - Extra defenders plus offensive bonus. Strength of gladiator is a weapon of mass destruction.
Forbidden City - No offense but awesome defense for WW. Btw if you have it place it as far as possible than the TC and with buildings in between, I see so many players putting them together it is depressing.
These two are technically tied and for me the best 2 wonders in the game. Terracota and Notre dam are not bad but much worse than these two. Also Notre dam gives you negative defense as it doesn't add its hit points to your base hp pool

Versailles - 10% extra hp. Angkor wat is not bad but I prefer Versailles for the offensive boost. Both are mediocre

Statue of liberty - air unit bonus plus some extra oil

Acropolis of Athens, China's Forbidden City, Palace of Versailles, and the Russian Kremlin.

I had Hanging Gardens of Babylon since April but switched today.

You would have been right for the end game, but since we are developing, I'd prefer something economic.

Nope - it's totally random. Most days you'll get 4-6 goods though some days you might only 2 or 3. At least you get multiples of each good: 3 cider, 4 pelts, etc.

Yes, end game when you researched everything, the Notre Dame is useless. But with it, you can have advanced troops earlier. That's the attack bonus!

We know Nexon is doing a good job when we are all dishing out different ideas as to which wonders are the best. The more we disagree, the better balanced they all are. :)
