This got to be a record... Network Crashes

A member in my alliance had SIX - you heard correctly - SIX crashes in 2 hrs yesterday from ca 5-7 UTC.
He was only raiding with raiders on TBs so he didn't loose much each time... But SIX!! He complained and got 100 crowns - that's less than 20 crowns pr crash

At the same time I was hunting 5 star wins to get my trade goods back and I had 2 crashes and more or less a constant circle of doom. Probably wasted 10% of my TB time on all the device restarts I did.. Because according to Nexon this is the best way to prevent crashes.... (after you have deleted all apps, turned of sound/music etc, I guess next I will be told to turn of the light in my living room )

My alliance member has a new iphone 6 and superfast wifi, I got a superfast wifi and an Ipad - but guess who CS blames?

Playing a game should give you a small "adrenalin" buzz when you succeed in something difficult or take home a great win... With Domination you get the buzz when you survive the battle without a crash...

There is an old slogan saying: "There are no atheists in foxholes" - I think this should be changed to: "There are no atheists playing Dominations"...
Still holding my atheism firm, but how long will I last?

Starting to suspect this is another way for them to make more money, out of frustration people spending crowns to retrain their troops lost due to crashing.

Same here, just crashed again. Out of nowhere it disconnected. Maybe its time to try to get a refund cause this aint going nowhere

I don't think it's intentional. I think a functioning, stable game with good word of mouth and a large player base would make them more money. Besides, what guarantee is there that one's crown-rushed armies wouldn't be laid low by the same implacable and merciless adversary? So far the kingdom of InternetConnectivityError is on a winning streak numbering in the millions.

I think it's more a matter of not having enough people working to fix it, or not wanting to shell out for more server space. Regardless, it's shameful that the problem persists to this degree, and even more dubious that we're apparently merrily marching into the Atomic Age without any sort of official statement or acknowledgment of this issue.

Over the past few days (or week? not sure), I've been experiencing a huge number of these sudden, mid-battle "Network Errors." There is nothing wrong with my internet; I have done all the necessary trouble-shooting. We have gamers in this house playing other games and no one has had any problems except for those of us playing Dominations. All of the evidence points to the fact that this is indeed a Dominations issue.

An earlier poster in this thread suggested that this is specifically a Global Age problem, but I can tell you that it is not. My wife is in the Gunpowder Age, and I am in the Enlightenment Age, and both of us have had this problem. She plays on an old iPad 2 (yeah, I know... so these disconnects are merely an addition to her game-crash headaches!).. but I play on a very fast iPad Air 2 (64gb), which has no problems running any game. I have deleted all other games from it, though, because Dominations is my favourite and I was trouble-shooting / trying to eliminate software conflict possibilities.

The problem is on your end, Nexon. PLEASE invest more time and money in your tech. Look at Blizzard, for an example to follow -- yes, I know their games are enormous compared to little apps like Dominations, but still, their business model obviously works: They have very large tech teams that work on bugs immediately as soon as they appear. And they communicate with their customer base about their issues & progress, keeping us in the loop / making us less frustrated / preventing us from migrating to other games.

The attitude of nexon had its impact on nexons reputation. They can have the petty single and insulting 100 crowns back they gave me for the plethora of crashes I experienced. And which they blamed on me initially. Really ticked me off by the way nexon handled this. What bugs will the new update Introduce?

Nexon, BHG, change your way, change your customer support culture.

I am not bashing Nexon / BHG, just some serious fundamental feedback that goes beyond some bugs.

If it has been a bug for this long, we will have it all the way through Space Age. Players will continue to spend money and Nexon will continue to add unwanted content and ignore the vocal community. That's how it works. Money is still pouring in, so everything is fine with them.

It seems like there is only 1 person in the team working to solve all the bugs and 9 others trying to add events or new contents or more marketing sales to the game and causing it to crash even more.

Same here, Network error, no spinning circle, everything gone. They had time to throw in an elephant stable event and an elephant sales. How about fixing your game first Nexon?

I finally got to feel everyone's pain. I've been pretty stable up until last night. I had close to 10 hard disconnects while doing raids in about a 3 hour period.

Thankfully I was just farming or any of these would have been session halting.

First attack after a 5 day to hopefully let them fix the issue: BAM! and 39 medals gone. I give up and log out, no one attacks for 2 hours (normally it's instant), first one to do so: BAM! and I get 30 medals back, poor sucker, 4 mk3's 6 panzers 6 howies and 3 level 21 generals, as well as the planes, gone.....

it sure is a joke, i had 4 crashes this morning lost the lot again thanks Nexon for nothing!!!! sad you can't even fix your own game with people paying a lot of cash for the privilege of crashing like this

Just had my second crash today, wasted an armor and a loot blessing, all troops including planes lost too. You are a joke Nexon! I''ve had enough now, gonna try to get a refund. I just realized that the game is never gonna be fixed as long as people are spending money on it. It's such a shame.

I think they are preparing the next event...instead of winning a certain amount of Golf, it will be how many crashs you have lol..I think they've been working on this for a while but it should be very hard finding the issue, otherwise, they would have updated the game...I am at 6 crashs only for now today, and all planes disappear each time..Total of 20k petrol lost..I am very happy..
Do you guys are on Anrdoid or Apple ? My friends in my ally don't have this problem and are Under Apple, and I am with Android ?
