Just tried to click in, 'You are being scouted', 30 second countdown that immediately gives way to 'You are being scouted' with no countdown for several minutes.
Though I haven't encountered it much lately, as trying to revenge atomic attackers 40-50 levels higher than me is pointless, what's up with certain revenge targets appearing as 'Under Attack' for days at a time? Not under treaty, not online, always 'under attack' at all hours.
As far as issues go these are relatively trivial, but certainly longstanding and, AFAIK, never answered in any official capacity.
