Troop donation glitch

This awful glitch has reared it's ugly head again. It started a month or two ago but it has been unbearable in the recent weeks.

I know a while ago this was fixed after being reintroduced. I think it has been reintroduced again. Pretty much my entire alliance (misfit elite) as well as others in our family of alliances, never get troops on the first request and sometimes not even on the second request.

First adding fillers to requests seemed to prevent this, but that no longer works. Folks have to wait for troops on main screen, not doing anything else. Multiple times I closed the app, went to the war screen or watched a free daily video and never received troops.

Please look into this!

100% this should be a priority; I contacted CS but haven't heard a response as it normally takes "priority" support a week to respond. In the past, this issue was fixed through a flush of in-game chat.

It's not fixed. 5 mjnutes ago I lost my troop request and I don't have the troops. Average It happends 3 times before having the troops
