Phantom War

Has anyone spun a war recently that disappeared during the planning stage. I had filled bases, checked all the opposition's bases. Then "poof" the war disappeared. So our leader spun a new war.
We are now currently in a war with DomiNation Thai. War day has started....... meanwhile this phantom war exist and over at Aussie TrueBlue they are warring against us, however we are not actually there. There will be 0 attacks. Have contacted CS and waiting a reply because what happens to our glory when we lose this phantom war.

Update (2 days later) on what I sent to cs
We have now lost a further 198 glory on top of the 318 lost. That will take us weeks even a month to get back in wars. Can you please fix this as soon as possible.
Let me refresh what has happened.
* spun war with Aussie TrueBlue
* war disappeared
* spun war with DomiNation Thai approx 13 hours later
* war ended that we could never see with Aussie TrueBlue 0/64 out of a possible 150 stars
* we lost 318 glory
* missing war appeared on our screen and we lost ability to finish war with DomiNation Thai
* several players had not been able to do war hits and one base we hadn't hit yet.
* second missing war screen appeared approx 13 hours later
* war lost with DomiNation Thai 145/148 and our biggest hitter hadn't had his chance to hit.
* lost a further 198 glory
For 2 days I have been trying to get a response from cs and we are being ignored.

This is the second time I see such a problem. Once again, someone raised something like this. Two days of time, energy and glory are wasted. So easily. Register this problem in the bugs and problems section, or if it has already been registered, replay it. so that the managers can see and check.

I thought I was in the bugs and know issues. I have also sent them several messages and emails. They have not responded.

Waiting for a support response is a useless task. If you have a player with high vip, it can help in these situations. Otherwise, don't bother yourself too much.

I think you are on the other side of the bug to our alliance. We spun war, had half a war, it changed to a completely different alliance, couldn't attack, lost both wars and both glory.

Someone else in the forum has mentioned the same problem. I am pleased I got lots of screenshots. A player visited Aussie TrueBlue and got screenshots and DomiNation Thai sent us screenshots. It is the glory I am chasing. 516 is a lot to lose.
I think there is going to be lots of alliances involved.

It's been over 2 weeks and we haven't had any glory returned, no troop tactics, nothing at all. No response on these forums either. Its ridiculous

I'm sorry that CS hasn't been able to get back to you in a timely fashion, they've been quite busy over the last month.

I can say for certain that this issue is being tracked as it is a well-known issue, but I do not have an ETA on when it will receive a resolution or what kind of resolution will come. We are noting lost glory during this investigation as well, so if you or any others experience a similar issue please continue to submit to CS. The more info we have the better in terms of tracking the specifics of where World War Matchmaking is going wrong in this case.

This might not be an immediate fix, and again I apologize for the time this is taking, but we are certainly taking steps to fix this.

Hi @Harlems369th , thank you - I do appreciate the response. I can well believe CS is busy of late.
What I dont understand is why we have to wait for a fix, which has no eta, before our glory and troop tactics can be returned?
It's a bug - one you know of and are investigating. You know our glory was taken due to this bug. Why not just return it now and carry on your investigation? (Which we will aid in any way we can)

Again I appreciate the response, but waiting for an unknown time for a bug to be fixed when there is no reason our glory cannot simply be returned now is frustrating.

Thank you for the update, I appreciate the acknowledgement of your error. This was what I was looking for in those first few days, rather than a week later.
I am not understanding why a return of our lost glory, a substantial 516 points given that many of our wars we match only earn us less than 50 is not being returned until you fix your problem. Is it because you are going to return everyone's glory at the one time, in which case will we be waiting weeks or maybe months? "When we resolve" it isn't quite good enough when I have provided ample evidence. And what "kind of resolution" I hope is the return of the glory.

I finally had a response 2 days ago in my emails, which basically said we had to wait it out. ..................Thank you for providing that information. Our Development Team is currently investigating this issue and is working on a solution for this as well. With regards to the Glory Points that your alliance lost, we can restore them once the issue is fixed.

We have had our glory reinstated. Has yours been reinstated?

@Harlems369th I appreciate CS is busy but we are still waiting for our glory and TT to be returned due to this bug. Kangazonian experienced the same issue at the same time and has had glory returned. We have been patient enough, please can you update us on this issue?
