Unable to connect

A friend of mine has been unable to connect to the game for nearly two weeks. He gets the following error in screenshot. It looks like an error with player ID.

TinSoldier Why do you only answer this kind of question with the carbon copy answer, and ignore all the real questions about not being able to watch videos for rewards or the amount of cheating going on in the game?

We investigate every account sent to us for suspicious activity, and take action up to and including account closure.

Video inventory is handled by a 3rd party partner.

While we do read and investigate every issue, sometimes there's not much more that can be said about a particular instance.
