We are a small and quiet alliance. We are winning 8/10 wars. The major problem of losing 2/10 is we haven't a lot of active members. On average we make 10-14 attacks per war ,when we need for me 14-17 attacks in order to reach 17,5 to 18k glory points. Now we are between 16-16,5k. Before 6 months our alliance had 40-45 players now 12-14 and 6-7 of them are not available for war. So we are using 3 dead bases in order to participate in 10 members war. We don't know what to do if we merge with another team or to keep playing like that. Before 6 months every week we had 5-10 new players, now 0-1, they play 1 week and that's it they stop. We don't care if you are iron age or atomic we need members to play in wars. Long live the empire.
