Unlimited Troop Tactic Bug

Does anyone know if the cheat where some alliances are able to constantly use Troop Tactics and somehow have them returned has been fixed in this latest update?

I have tried joining about 20 alliances to find out, but it seems to be a cagey subject.... lol I obviously chose well in wondering who might know!

I dont wanna know how its done, I just want to know if it's finished (and my alliance wont feel like we are throwing hard earned crappy Troop Tactics at brick walls to be met by seas of Elephant Archers and Howie Armies sometimes)

I thank anyone in advance if they can shed any light on this.

FWIW, I'm still getting hit by players with cards in MP. Either they don't know it got fixed, or there is a new bug somewhere...

I sent 2 posts on elephants. And they ve been removed quickly..what kind of forum is it ? Who the fuck here decides this without informing the author? Censure is extremely bad. We re not in china here.
And indeed i keep being seldom attacked by troop tactics in mp and during the war we re attacked by 5 troop cards when only 4 are allowed
