Universal. You'll have to convert it to your time zone.

You need to ask Nexon that question. Go to ingame support via the settings tab...hahaha.

Honestly, I am so done right now. I've had bug after bug that Nexon has done nothing to fix even though I contacted them multiple times. I don't know why service support is even an option when apparently NO ONE is there.

I believe they use UTC, so that's 22:00 GMT.

In EST, the maintenance is until 10:00. Don't know about you other time zones.
