Upcoming promo this weekend?

Does anybody know what the upcoming promo this weekend will cover? I believe I read somewhere that in some countries (ie China) the promotions are announced slightly earlier than for ROW, it would be helpful for planning purposes (ie sequencing of upgrades, resource collection, etc) to receive these earlier notifications as well. I am in global, have some items maxed out but not all, hence some promos I can use (gladly so!) while others are not relevant for me. Thanks for the help.

From 6th Oct (around 2 PM GMT) to 10th Oct (around 2 PM GMT)

25% discount on upgrades to generals
33% discount on command post and fort

Oh my, this comes hours after I sank 36900 oil into Alexander upgrade. Well, at least I can upgrade other generals after that as much as possible. Thanks Flash for the info anyway.

Are you sure about the Fort again so soon? My Fort is still upgrading 4 days more thanks to the last discount on it!
