For the second time in 24 hours I have seen my fully trained army and TC troop donations just up and vanish costting a ton of training time and resources. Since I am under treaty and an observer in war there is no possible way for troops to be deployed.
Both times I reported to CS and both times the response was whitewashed with a "we don't care because it's your fault" attitude.
Every single one of the CS reps need to be fired or retrained in customer service.
EDIT: 2 hours, 250k food and 1,500 oil later I go to raid and THAT army has vanished along with my donated TC troops. No attacks made on me during that time. This makes 3 times in 24 hours Nexon. This is a very serious issue.
UPDATE: 5 times now in 24 hours I come back expecting my army to be retrained and they all have disappeared. TinSoldier what is going on? This is an extremely serious bug CS hasn't help but throw a few crowns my way.
ANOTHER UPDATE: After fighting with CS and finally getting to raid on last day of Global Rush I was able to finish what I needed. Then I suffer losses of a couple of howies and some shooters. So I retrain, log off and come back about an hour later.....NO TROOPS WERE RETRAINED and I am missing 50% of the army that came back from the battle. This is seriously messed up Nexon, REALLY REALLY messed up.
