Very Poor Outcome.

I’ve recently had 2350 crowns taken from my account. Support says I used them to craft an artefact in the museum, which is not the case. It would be impossible to spend this many crowns “ by accident” in the museum. I’m having no luck with support. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I have also had a number of troop tactics supplied to my account which I did not purchase, which support are not commenting on.
A very poor outcome, and enough to turn me off a game I have been playing for years.

The crown you are missing plus the gain of cards sounds more like a 2000 crown's for cards purchase in the deals screen I've done it before like oops lost 20$ likely you rolled an artifact 3 times and accidentally bought a 2000 crown troops purchase

No purchase from the deals screen, I’m told I used them for crafting, and you can’t use that many crowns to craft. I would be careful spending any money in this game, as accounts are not secure.
