VIP Retrain issues

We are receiving a handful of reports that VIP retrain may not replenish your Troops. Additionally, it may reset your game.

50% of the time, I'll have 1 heavy tank not come back. It's always only a heavy tank also. There's always room for one, i hit train heavy tank at the factory without issue of too many troops to train, so it's not that.

Do you have any Limited Time Buildings that increase your troop count? This extra unit space is not counted during retrains and can alter your army composition.
