We just finished a WW and won by 75:73 over the weekend. A hard fought battle. However, none of our member in the last WW receive any loot (oil/ruby/gold/food). On top of that, glory count was not updated (expecting 391 glories added to our total). Another strange thing is that the coalitions are still in effect even though WW had ended... In fact, we start a new WW which I am not a participant but my coalitions are still showing in effect.
Contacted Nexon Customer Service about this. Provided all sort of info per their request. Then I was told that "we would like to apologize for the inconvenience ..." but nothing Nexon can do for you... Forgot it and move on. I have not had high hope for customer support given my past experience with them. But this is a new LOW. They seems just "don't care". No explanation as to why they could not restore the loot and glory. Simply ask you to go away. I have seen this happened before and CS seems to able to restore the results and/or compensate you with crowns. If this can happen so randomly without any explanation, what is the point to play WW. Your effort/result may not count at all! And CS acts as if this is entirely normal. Just move on... Very discourage about this. Should just quit the game all together!
