war maintenance ruined my war attack

my attack started just before the maintenance and ended while maintenance was active and result is not getting my attack recorded at all
it was our final attack against their last strongest base and was a 5 star, spent 4 strong cards for that

still didn't get cs reply about that but why do live maintenance if u gonna ruine players attacks and efforts ? this is really so frustrating and we r most probably winning anyway but this could be a day breaker if it was a closely matched result

beside losing 4 strong cards and loot of one attack which I don't care about except the rubies

and dont give me the words why didn't u look at the time before attacking cuz am sure no1 would ever do that in the stress of planning against such a strong max AA base with 3def coals, just happens to be my luck that stupid maintenance wasted my effort

be aware next time there is a live maintenance cuz it might happen to you

According to the announcement here in the forums and ingame https://forum.nexonm.com/forum/nexo...ments-ab/594376-world-war-maintenance-8-10-17 this shouldn't have happened.

During that time, active World Wars will be suspended. Attacks that are underway when the maintenance begins will be allowed to finish. These Wars will resume when the maintenance has completed, without loss of time to Planning Day or War Day.

So you have the right to be upset. Maybe the victory was delayed and is recorded now for you?

When they say ''attacks ...... will be allowed to finish'' maybe they're talking about the overall attack/battle/war, and not individual attacks.

You know, you pretty much answered your own concern with your last sentence. The devs gave us warning and told us EXACTLY when it was going to start, and you probably should have paid attention to that. They told us for a reason - so that we could schedule our activity around it.

You have no one to blame for this one but yourself.
