I just created a new alliance and I'm looking for other alliances to create what I couldn't do in my former alliance, to create a Federation of alliances. I was thinking about a federation of brazilian alliances at first, but now I'm thinking about alliance around hole world. Something resembling the Dominion Family maybe. Maybe 5 or 10 united alliances.
I have some plans for that.
