what happened to my post regarding game crashes on an IPAD 2 ??

Hello Moderators,


I logged onto the forum to thank Eddie F1 and another players who gave me tips on how to prevent app
crashes. I followed their tips and I did not have a game crash today . The tips they gave me
could also benefit other players who are experiencing game crashes. The tips were not part of the
article Nexon posted on how to prevent crashes during battle.

Please help me understand why you removed the post when I was trying to help Nexon by providing
information on game crashes so they could fix the problem rather than give us a poor work around.

I did not see anything in the posting rules about not posting about game / app crashes.
