Hi there,
does anyone know what CS means with "Troop-related exploits"?
Background: I attended last weekend's event "air strike". I made it into the top ten of the global leader board but got banned for 7 days shortly after the event ended. I contacted CS and they say I was "engaged in Troop-related exploits". No further details or explanation as of now. I have no clue what I did wrong, pls. lighten me. I'm sure the ban is by mistake.
Now, everyone will think it's troop tactic related as there were many exploits in the past that I did never use. But, it's not. I used none of my TTs while the event. Only heavy tanks, RPGs, war tactics, generals and planes. And of course the various blessings to re-build lost troops, planes and war tactics as fast as possible.
I fully support the fight against cheaters. We have too many of them in the game. I'm around for more than three years now, leading my alliance and we report each cheater. But, I have not cheated, this is an mistake by BHG.
I assume in the meantime it's because I made it into the top ten without an event pass. BHG does not like that.
