Whats with the Spam and Cheating?

Man what the crap is happening in the past 4 days the forums are spammed, and there are players with fully maxed bases in an Age that isnt even out yet, and I have been attacked by players with 8 Generals... lol one was even level 22.. lol cmon, and I get no response at all in game. wow.

New age was delivered for cheaters only to make sheeps pay more to catch up or use buy peace treaties lol. ))))

Ya its a bit ridiculous already with the blatant cheating and hacks its pretty frustrating. Granted the upgrade costs r pretty absurd but all of these maxed out bases in turn screw over those of us who try to advance legitimately

There's this one user flooding the forums with spams. I earlier PM'd at least 3 mods regarding these spammers.
