I have the same issue. All my Alliance friends see him every weekend and spend their rubies.

Even when he does show up for me (a month ago) he didn't offer me the chest full of army cards everyone else in my Alliance got to buy with rubies.

My alliance gate and command centre are both completely full of rubies and I waste all the rubies in each world war now, as nowhere to spend them.

I tried to contact support in game but they ignored me.
I tried to contact email support but they told me to go and log a ticket on a Korean website. I told them I don't speak Korean but they just ignored that and told me to use Google Translate.

Same issue here. All my alliance friends have him visit every week and get to buy troop cards with rubies..... massive disadvantage not being able to participate in this. I've had maxxed rubies in alliance gate and command centre for weeks now.

So, it has been almost 2 months since we last saw Marco Polo on the Asia version regularly.
Our forum Mods pointed out that some of his items offered does not comply with the relevant laws in certain Asian countries/regions when I initially brought this up in August( https://forum.nexonm.com/forum/nexo...versions-of-dominations-are-treated-unequally ) However, it does not make sense that players from neighboring countries/regions without those laws are also affected and there are even players who started the game on the Asia version but have relocated to elsewhere affected by this.
I believe it is technically possible to avoid such a scenario by disabling contents that are illegal in certain countries/regions based on the physical location of the player rather than on the version the player is on.
An alternative solution would be having Macro Polo to offer items on the Asia version that are in compliance with the relevant laws and comparable to those that are offered on the international version.
I am surprised that after 2 long months(actually 2 years if we take into account the other features that are absent on the Asia version), Nexon/BGH cannot come up with a solution and/or provide a satisfying explanation to this, despite numerous players have continuously brought this up on multiple DomiNations official forums and social media pages.
Seriously, 2 months isn't a short period of time. The lack of communication regarding this clearly shows that Nexon/BGH does not value their players on the Asia version as much as they value their players on the international version.

it is becoming very unfair in world wars between asian-based alliances and non-asian alliances.

non-asians can use a lot more free cards than the asian side.

if the random boxes are the problem, then sell specific troop cards in asia, like marco did the first couple weeks. more expensive than the current 8-item box, but its still better than nothing

The Asia version is offered to those who download the game in East Asia. Apparently, it is illegal(or against certain industry guidelines?) for online games to have gecha style contents in Japan.
