Land and air have been covered but what about the sea? Half way into your battle, you’re starting to loose troops, that’s when you call for it. The War Ship would pull into port and help take out defenses. You would be able to target an area every 30 seconds. The war ship could be damaged from ground defenses or the opposing team’s war ship. It would act like the generals do, you could take them to battle or set them on defense (it would only deploy if the opposing team deploys their ship). If two ships are in battle they would only concentrate on each other until one of them sink. The ships would take a while to repair so it would best to save for a special occasion like alliance wars.

Also wouldn't it be cool if pirates unloaded off the ship!?

I don't think a big warship could fit into a river. It would have to be a canoe or something. Unless you upgraded the river into a very deep canal like Panana, where it could support cruise ships or the like. But this river could only support cargo barges or a little steamboat. However, it could have a light cannon or swivel mounted guns like the Siege Elephants. Also, would this work like the Boom Beach ship?

I don't think it would be too hard to expand the river to fit war ships I think it would be something to look into. As far as the privateers that come off the ship it would work like the mercinaries would but they only deploy from the ship. If you kept them on the ship it could give it a health bonus.

So let me get this straight. The warship has little privateer buggers that can spawn from it? Or the Warship idea is now going to be a small naval fleet? This would be a nice wonder tactic.

Too much going on at once ......simultaneous battles on land and sea? How would Rally work?If u rally on land will the ship come ashore or if u rally at sea will the troops jump in the water? Increase in battle time? Good concept, but I think it would do better as an expansion for a naval version of Dominations. Playing on a phone or even a tablet will involve too much scrolling to keep up with everything going on in two locations.

There would be crew carried on the ship. You select the privateers to unload the ship to help attack land base targets or keep them on the ship for a health bonus. If you were to rally on a defensive target and the ships crew had been unloaded they would act like any other troop. The ships targeting system would work similar to how the rally target works. I don't think there would more scrolling than what we normally do now. It could be a good event just to try it out.

Before each battle a short naval battle could occur (the attacker could opt out, of course). The naval battle would be between the port cannons and the attacking ships. (3 Slots for 2 different port cannon types vs. 3 slots for 2 different ships). Based on the result of the naval battle the defender's wall hitpoints would be reduced by a certain %. Then the normal battle would commence...

good ideas except for the part where you upgrade the ships in the blacksmith/armory ... this building is way overworked

Completely endorse this idea. I love the concept of using the water feature already on the game screen. Water based troops, just like the daily boat should be included in an upcoming update. It's a clear next step. Great idea.
