Welcome to the Winter for the Ages!

Chill Out this winter! From 15:00 UTC 12/12/17 - 15:00 UTC 1/30/18 you’ll be able to find progressive discounts as we move through the Ages. Additionally, the next Age’s Town Center will be discounted and you will be able to instantly upgrade it!

Each age will receive it’s own 'feature period' when the discounts apply.
Classical Age's feature period is one week long (from 12/12 - 12/19) while all other Ages are two week periods, sharing time with the Age before and the Age after. Expect the Classical & Medieval upgrades to be available one week, followed by the Medieval/Gunpowder split week, and then the Gunpowder/Enlightenment feature week, and so on.

Why is there even a classical rush and why is it one week? I'd argue that Medieval as well is not worth a week or even a rush.

I am currently level 98 in the Industrial Age. Am I going to be able to get the instant upgrade to Global Age? The game says I need to be level 130 when I try to do an upgrade normally.

130 is the minimum level requirement to advance to GA. The event is not going to change that

I think that might be because in lower ages its very easy to max out your storages. It gets harder and harder to max your storages as you go up in ages, so the discount will probably increases aswell in the later ages to reflect this accordingly.

If each age shares time with the age before AND after, it'd be three weeks for each age. But you say it's two weeks. Please specify correct dates.

What was said is still valid. First week is shared with the age below. Second week is shared with the age after. He didn't say anything about both at the same time.
