A wonder being passive or active is one of the most major deciding factors whenever I have to choose one.

I usually go with the former. No point having a wonder which can have its effects destroyed in seconds by attackers.

yep but putting them exposed can be taken down very easily and just lose their effect, unlike offensive wonders u always get max benefit out of them

that's why i considered it to be passive, always feels it's effect remains after destruction

redprince I know many in both of our alliances that would agree with you about the Angkor Wat. :) Other than that good luck in the war looks like its going to be a good and competitive matchup :)

The wonder is a building mate - just like any other building. It's not a magic building - fps!!! If the Acrop still affects troop spawn rates, the coliseum should still spawn troops too ... you know, like magic!

Hey - how's the weather over there at the moment? Is it the dry season - where it's hot, dry & 40°C ??

Or is it the wet season - where it's hot, wet & 40°C ??

This thread is secretly about the ''wonders'' of the South Australian Wine region - feel free to visit and spend your money down under ....

Ravenlord I do like to think my acropolis is a magical wonder. Troops look at it and they are inspired to train faster. Even at its destruction..... the memory of its glory still remains. =))

That's exactly the effect Angkor has on my troops - except they are just as inclined to go into a meditative trance as rip the attacker a new one! It's a 50/50 proposition as to what they'll do each time .....

I wonder how
I wonder why
Yesterday you told me 'bout the blue blue sky
And all that I can see is just another lemon-tree
