Wonders are very under-welming. Most of them are too weak. It has been suggested that instead of having multiple wonders, players only have one wonder which provides a good bonus to your nation. A wonder should be the center of your nation, not crap you throw to the side like everyones doing.
An option to break down and rebuild your wonder to a different one at anytime, at the cost of time and resources appropriate to your age.
This would also spice up raiding other peoples bases, as one wonder per player offers up more variety and better designed bases.
Some wonders such as the pyramids need a larger radius or no radius at all, and maybe a buff to your vault or something.
Your idea for multiple wonders like Rise of Nations doesn't work for this game. One at a time would be fantastic (while unlocking more as you level up, but earlier age ones dont become obsolete) It would add more variety among the players

and it would be nice if the camera remembers what I set it at, instead of being reset all the time
Eg: when I zoom in and out, and leave it a certain way. It would be great if it would stay that way until I fiddle with it again
Its really annoying having the camera reset to a "standard" viewpoint all the time, especially after raiding / building / changing screens
