World War 2 Event Issue

Has anyone else had this problem? In the WW2 event I was on the "1940 Rationing" section this morning when the "1940 Blitzkrieg" section unlocked. I was working towards my collecting food goal and in the process got multiple quick victories. I finally collected enough food to unlock the Blitzkrieg section where one of the goals is to get two quick victories. The quick victories goal is locked even though I have gotten over 20 quick victories since unlocking the Blitzkrieg section. It says I have to buy the event pass to unlock that goal, which I don't want to do at this time. I think this is a bug and I will essentially be stuck for the rest of the event just because I got quick victories fulfilling my collecting food goal in the Rationing section. I don't think this is fair, I hope they can fix this issue.

It's not a bug. You can only complete that (extremely easy and profitable) goal, and acquire the chest for that box, if you buy the event pass. In another thread, one of the devs stated that players who don't buy the event pass will still be able to accumulate enough medals to get all the non-pass rewards on the reward track, though they will have to complete almost all of the non-pass goals to do so.
