Please add these improvements to the world war planning day:
1.) Let any alliance member, who was a member of the alliance BEFORE opponents are selected, be able to contribute troops to the war bases of those in the war, not just from those in the war.
2.) Add a feature that allows donated troops to the war bases to be dumped in cases where unwanted/low level troops get donated to your war base so that better troops can be donated to replace them.
