Our alliance has not yet engaged in world war, but we prepare. I've read that war tactics are allowed while blessings are not. Can I use the complete set of my available war tactics in each of the two matches or do I have to distribute them between the two? If the former was true then it would be pretty easy to wipe out any base there is. Can anyone who participated in a war already shed some light on this, please!

Yes, you can bring all your tactics to battle. Then you can wait to retrain your tactics for a second attack with all your tactics.

No, I think we should have something like an exclusive war tactics that will benefit all of the alliance members and can only be used via collective trade good donations by its members.
Example
Alliance Defensive war tactics 25 fur 25 leather 10 diamonds
Alliance Attack war tactics 35 cider 35 metal 25 diamonds
(It should vary depending on how many player were participating the match. The more players the more resources needed to accumulate the trade goods.
This should make alliance member busy in Planning day

I don't think it's op; after all, we're able to bring full tactics into any, and all, multiplayer battles. It's just a matter of waiting out the rebuild time, or crowning it.
well, in multiplayer I have to wait for rebuild as you said. In world war, there is no comparable waiting as you can log off and fight later without being attacked in between. In multiplayer, I have to fight at a stretch to avoid being attacked in between. Thus, I have to be more careful with the tactics I use unless I waste crowns which I don't.

As far as I know (without crown speed up) you have to wait the same amount of time to rebuild tactics in war as in multiplayer. You may be able to log in and out of war, but you are almost guaranteed to be attacked in war (considering it's same # opponents, 2 attacks per, and assuming everyone divides opponents equally). So you can use full tactics at each of your 2 battles (if you want to wait between the attacks for rebuild) exactly as your opponents can. I don't see that it's a matter of being op.
