noooo... i am shure nexon will say that they are aware about the issue and their development team are working on this and have no fix on this at the moment... what a waste of resorces. this happens to us every war. Bugged.

I had this twice I think and both time I complained and got 100 crowns....Sometimes the crowns is not worth the potential losses from the WW.

100 crowns for that bug is an effing joke. To be perfectly honest if you are going to rob an entire alliance of a victory due to a bug, and that alliance has sunk a lot of collective resources in to a war, then *every single member* deserves compensation, and significantly more than 100 crowns. You didn't rob 1 person of a few battle stars, you rendered the effort of an entire alliance moot. This includes the cards, armies, and ntg's they expended. Considering the offers are generally in the neighborhood of 1-3$ per army..... You all know where I'm going with this.

The exactly same thing happened to us in our current war. One of our top guys got 5 stars but only 3 counted, fortunately it looks like this will not be a loose/win war attack but it can become since this war seem to end in a stalemate where total time will be the tie-breaker and our back up attacker now have to use his second attack on attacking the same opponent and not on improving time on a different opponent.

This was also likely the deciding factor in our last war as well. Then, to add insult to injury CS refused to refund me the two troop tactics I used. Including one that I actually purchased with real money in a troop sale a month or two ago(pathfinders)

Lol. Lucky u that got crowns. I complained but no crowns cause i told them that i do not need your crowns, instead fix this annoying bug !!

Our alliance yesterday lost 7 attacks on 5 *. After that we stopped the war.

Ive had this happen probably 5 times. It was 3x about 3 months ago....and then twice in the last week. The one common theme to each occurrence was that I had deployed 1-2 troop tactics in each battle. Ive never had it happen in battles where I use 0 troop tactics. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

By the way, after 3 or 4 support tickets being closed without reimbursing the 2 troop tactics I lost, they finally gave them back this last time. Support in this game is such a wretched experience.

Our number 1 player had a 5 star attack knocked down to 2 stars, and I've seen it with others in our alliance as well (hasn't happened to me yet).

I think thats nit the issue, I had this crash happen with sh troops the other day:(

Had exact thing happen to me last war... was close and 1 star could've decided it. Enemy base showed as rubble like I cleared it, yet only 92% destroyed even though it had 0 hesitation submitting battle results to server.
