Hi all, do you have a favorite non-digital game you like to play? I love to play chess, backgammon, and risk boardgames... am not talented at cards but am always willing to learn new card magic tricks! Do you have a fave?

Really enjoy Ticket to Ride. I also like cooperative games like Flashpoint and Forbidden Island. Sometimes it's nice to work together.

Wow great games, I like them them all too :) Never knew of Halma until now, as I looked it up. Thanks for replies. Good luck in this game too.

Just to throw a few of my two cents in here!

Red Dragon Inn, Clank!, Fury of Dracula, & Coup! We have a fairly active board gaming group at the Studio that likes to play at least once a week.

Pandemic, Concordia, Inis, Arkham Horror: The Card Game.

I would respectfully encourage those listing Monopoly and Risk to look into the wealth of mechanically superior games that evoke similar themes but avoid the issues that make those games frustrating or tedious to many people. Board Game Geek is the best web reference for board games and both Shut Up and Sit Down and No Pun Included are excellent game review channels (YouTube).
