Quovatis Nexon is one of the global leaders in online games, they were a pioneer in microtransactions and the F2P/freemium model and have experience from hundreds of games. You think you know better how to price things?

Event Bazooka tower was the biggest fail since the game launch. Bazooka tower on sale is even bigger fail. I wonder what comes next. Maybe it is the right time to quit this game now. I also spend some money in this game, but only for the speed up building, which is OK I think.

Maybe they are successful in other games Veldan, but not in dominations lol. A simple look at their trend in the app store top grossing lists tells you pretty much everything. While other well maintained games that came before and after dominations have stayed on the list, dominations has sunk like a rock.

Have to echo the sentiments here. I actually didnt mind the zook tower bc I knew it was going away. And, I guess Im not too opposed to it if there was some sort of limit on very infrequent sales. But there isnt.

Just when I was feeling a bit less gloomy and the new udpate sounded fun, then this lol.

The most powerful building in the game by a long shot is now pay only. It perfectly compliments the ridiculous fact that loading your roster with undeveloped accounts is the cornerstone of war strategy. Cant wait to see the next surprise.

I agree with what everyone else has already said, this is Horrible for the game long term. If the one time event and people hoarding it wasn't enough to alter the landscape dramatically but now this..sheesh. For me though, the main problem is the cumulative effect that ALL these decisions has had on the game experience for me. Taking one indivually is fine.. two ooook... but it seems neverending at this point and I have genuine concerns about the surivability of this game with what the player base is experiencing time and time again. People are leaving in droves from what i can see, yet the situation seems to decline more and more with every passing month.

First it was the introduction of sales for troop cards. Then glory was introduced and rampant sandbagging has Changed the landscape of the game entirely since. Next we got the ability to buy buildings in an unlimited quantity from sales. Then the stronghold happened further encouraging this P2W platform. They changed/broadened matchmaking to reduce times (which was a very rare complaint, so basically breaking something that was working fine for the vast majority) And on and on and on........

So now.. my team faces anywhere from a 20-35 level natural disadvantage EVERY WAR (be it due to sandbagging or the crummy matchmaking), fully loaded strongholds in many, and now forever OP P2W event buildings...

it is beyond frustrating, and without a fix to sandbagging matchmaking very soon I fear this game is going to die. I have already seen my team go from 45 person wars to almost half that due to players being frustrated and needing a break..How can I blame them? EVERY week someone is talking about leaving the game, but our friendships in our alliance is the one thing that keeps people imo.

We have Q&A's talking about needing to be careful, yet nothing is done over 8 months, and the situation is snowballing out of control.

Im really struggling on how to keep things positive at this point.

Yup. Counter-intuitive thinking across the board. 'Oh! We wouldn't want people to wait for a competetive war!'
So they'll just have to wait 47 hours for the non-competetive one that pops up instantly to end instead.

'People aren't using as many coalitions as we'd like.'.

But let's just give people 'a chance' to get them from 5 star victories while increasing the numbers required.

'Let's introduce a building that instantly vaporizes armies that take an hour to build thst can only be stopped by sabotages and see the reaction!'

Oh, it's near-universally panned? Better give people the option to make it permanent! I mean, we could just as easily increase our revenue by reducing the price of crowns, while still giving the average shmoe a chance, but nahh.

Let's introduce this ill-conceived glory system overnight, but then spend the better part of a year doing nothing about it's failure while crowing and clucking about the sanctity of the experience!

I'm glad to hear from one of the top alliances about this. It's good that you are voicing this concern as they will not listen to alliances who don't have a lot of spenders of that caliber and are most affected by this. Greed is blinding them to the fact that they are killing the game.

Well must say I never bought an event building till today. This building is stplupid and shouldn't be in the game next topic. It's a pay to win game nexon made bank today. Expect to see them in war for a long time. Way to ruin the game

That's completely the wrong way to go about it. If you don't like something, the proper response is not to literally encourage them to do it more by purchasing whatever you see as unjust.

Apparently they can make it so that those fire-breathing bunnies will never go on sale again, but if they don't do it with bazooka towers, I suspect people will begin carrying out their threats to leave.

If you dislike it, DO NOT BUY. Buying = supporting it. If you do, you're the reason more of this will be added in the future.

Regardless if I like it or not buy it or not. It's going to happen. It's a pay to win game. Guess I like winning. Side note. It's over powered. It's a joke and I hate it. So yea I won't be trying very hard in wars where I face them but just because somthing is bad for the game don't mean I won't buy it

I think Nexon is very wise....
They have put this Bazooka tower in a event for some players have it free...
Players react about this is to much over power. A so easy free publicity from player...
Now they "cash" their investment into this event.
This tower have receive so many publicity and players who search for "power", just need to buy.
I believe Nexon have prepare all of this from the begin, and have already expect some reactionSSS (even wish this reactionSSS).
The Final "objective is to put something in the game players want to buy to give them a clear advantage...

You can only use one at a time, yes? So it's not 'that' bad - but I agree with everyone that it's too overpowered and expensive for everyday gaming!

Nexon is here to make money, we all agree, and if they are indeed losing players then it's only natural they'll ramp up their prices with ridiculous sales.
And if this forces more people to leave then Nexon will only have themselves to blame, and those of us who still wish to play will have to put up with even more ridiculously high priced sales and a diminishing pool of opponents .....
Do you see where this is going, Nexon? Very similar to your spiralling ''circle of doom'' when there's poor connection - ...

I kept this nonsense tower for a time I need OP defenses e.g. an oil run or sth of that sort. I can't believe they sell this thing now...it should never be in a strategy game as it kills everything that is about strategy. What's next? A nuke that instantly kills every enemy unit and building? Nexon must be truly desperate and those poor souls buying this overpriced stuff get my condolences.

It's weird how the game seems to go in the right direction at times and in completely wrong directions at other times. guess it a constant battle of game designers vs marketing profiteers. way to destroy your own franchise
