Can you check if they forgot to do my ticket because they have not even answered me back in over 2 weeks and I have missed the friend invites event a lot.

Excuse but can you remove the thread I made, game just started working again. Right after I posted too...all had to do was turn off device and turn on again. Feel like such a baka.

sir/maam....i can't send any ticket to support center,so i decided to send it to you, i think i didn't get any of those rewards promised to me on monster squad,and also where's the event for today,i'm still waiting.....by the way i'm from malaysia,i just started this game a months ago and i like it,so it's too bad if there's more of bugs appearing on it,i'm probably insignificant to you guys,and i'm also believing that you guys trying to fix it,but i'm hoping it wil be fixed soon,thx for your attention,sry for my bad english...and have a good day

Iwrite to make this sggestios. pls kindlyupdate the quests beyond 58. upgrade the shop to include materialsthat wud upgrade heroes-catalysts, runnerstone, separeate not random tickets of herose livke -toa, drake, remia, nicky etc season 3heroes. i also use this opportunity to commend ur support group.
